Our services

We understand that you may be travelling far to reach the UK and we will do our best to accommodate your specific time requirements.

We will provide advice on a case-by-case basis; however, if you are only in the UK for a short amount of time, almost all our services can be provided during a short stay. This includes any necessary diagnostic tests.

Appointments

If you are ready to book your appointment, contact us today. If you need to see us for an emergency slot, please contact us as soon as possible as we cannot guarantee availability.

If you need multiple appointments booked close together, we can usually work around your schedule to provide this.

We will need to collect your basic details before you visit. Usually, we don’t require you to complete any form of medical report before attending your appointment. If a report or form is necessary, we will tell you when you book the appointment.

The appointment length for international patients is typically the same as it is for local patients. Our team can also advise you on what this is when you book your consultation.

Virtual consultations

We strongly recommend that you first have a virtual consultation from your home country. This means we can plan for any tests and treatments that you may need before you visit us.

We can provide ‘confirmation to treat’ letters if you need one to arrange your visa. However, this can only be provided after the consultation. Book your virtual consultation here.

International fees

We accept patients who have private medical insurance and who will be self-paying. We work with all international insurance companies.

We accept patients that are sponsored by a government embassy or company. We also work with all international insurance companies.

Attending your appointment

Our clinic is conveniently located in the Harley Street area of London, which is well connected by public transport. If you require travel recommendations, our team can discuss this with you when you book your appointment.

You are welcome to bring a relative or friend to the appointment to help you feel more comfortable.

Our leading private gastroenterologist, Dr Sami, speaks both English and Arabic. If you require a translator for another language, we can arrange one.
